The readmission to the University is going in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 273-FZ of December 29, 2012 “On Education in the Russian Federation”, the Charter of the University, the Regulations on the expulsion of students and readmission, approved by the order of the rector of the University of December 22, 2015 № 527.

Readmission to the University is carried out twice a year during the summer or winter holidays at the request of the applicant, or his legal representative to the rector of the University.
The readmission application is submitted to the dean’s office of the corresponding faculty.

The application shall be accompanied by: a copy of the passport, the original and a photocopy of the document on the previous education, the original and a photocopy of the certificate of education or the value of the education (academic certificate), or the application states that the documents listed above are not claimed and are located at the University.

The decision about readmission is made by a commission for the readmission to the University. The members of the commission is approved by the order of the rector.
The decision of the commission on the readmission of the person is formalized by the order of the rector within 10 calendar days after the date of adoption of the decision, but no later than 5 calendar days after the start of the next training semester. Readmission to continue an education at the University is carried out from the day of the beginning of the academic semester of the corresponding academic year.
The readmission procedure is free of charge.
The publication of the readmission order for education on a fee-based basis is preceded by the signing of a corresponding agreement on the provision of paid educational services and the submission by the customer of payment documents confirming the payment of training. In case of readmission of a person who has previously studied at the University under a contract with the payment of tuition fees by physical and (or) legal entities, a new agreement on his education is concluded on new terms.
The publication of the order for reinstatement to another course (recommended by the commission), the educational program, the form of training (full-time, part-time) is made only with the written consent of the person claiming readmission by writing a personal application.
Readmission to continue an education if there is a difference in the program is made only after a written acquaintance, expressing consent, studying with an individual plan for eliminating the academic difference.
Persons who have been reinstated to the University for training must submit a certificate of the state of health of the established sample to the dean’s office by the beginning of the school year (by September 1).
